Amco bronze heater elements for veneer splicing machine. Replacement parts are unavailable from out of business manufacturer. Reverse engineered, designed and manufactured in house.

 

Sliding locking net assembly with rocker to control bracket tab.

All slides that must not rotate are precision ground to a RC3 precision running fit to minimize movement when extended to their locked or measuring positon. This precision and stability cannot be matched with round sliding pins and anti-rotation hardware that runs in machined pin grooves.
